A new year also means new years resolutions. Mostly I’m not that fond of making them but I’m feeling so under the weather lately it’s time to get fit!
I know you guys probably will tell me I don’t need the work out. My intention is not to loose weight but to feel stronger, have more energy and clear my head since I have a lot going on lately. So with the help from Kayla Itsines I’m starting my work out routine tonight! I hope I will be able to reduce some stress and to get a little more toned (that’s why I added a picture, I want to see if I really make some progress) Who’s with me?
