New York diary September 17, 2013

I just got back from Barcelona (had an amazing time and a full report will be up on the blog soon!), but I leave you with this huge diary I still had of New York, and some places you just have to visit when you’re in the big apple.

Pret a Manger: On every corner of the street but the fresh strawberry lemonade was just too good!

Grand Hyatt Hotel: We stayed at this hotel, awesome view, super friendly staff and the best beds, ever. The hotel is also perfectly located. 109 E 42nd St, Manhattan

Cloisters: I talked about this wonderful abbey here, definitely a must visit!

HB Burgers: We visit this restaurant every time we’re in the city. It’s a typical american restaurant, a bit noisy but still cosy. And the burgers are the best. 127 W 43rd St, Manhattan

People’s Pops: the best fruit ice pops in town. I tried out the blueberry-apple one, yummmm. High line, 16th street and 10th ave, Manhattan

Guggenheim Museum: When in New York, this is the coolest museum out there, just look at the building! 1071 5th Ave, Manhattan

Bryant Park: The coolest park in New York. And the perfect place to have dinner like real Americans: Take away food with and an amazing sight.

Rockefeller Center: When you go on ‘the top of the rock’ you have the best city view. This view definitely beats the one from Empire State, just because you can see Empire State from here. Even more magical at night. 45 Rockefeller Plaza, Manhattan

Veggies Natural Juice Bar: Every juice or smoothie you can imagine. You name it, they have it. 785 Franklin Ave, Brooklyn

Barney’s: designer shoe/handbag heaven. Keep your credit card close here. 660 Madison Ave, Manhattan

haha, ik word zowaar jaloers als ik je foto’s zie. Oh de ironie, ik ben zo verliefd op deze stad dat als ik foto’s zie ik soms vergeet dat ik hier woon!
